Define Physical fitness: Important factors
It refers to the ability of our
bodies to be active in daily life or physical activity. Physical strength is
divided into defense physical strength and behavior of physical force.
Defense Physical Strength:
The power to overcome changes in
disease and the environment.
Behavior Strength:
Divide by physical fitness and
physical fitness.
Health Fitness:
Muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscle endurance.
Exercise Fitness:
Agility, Agility, Balance,
Correlation, Co-ordination, Speed.
Healthy fitness:
80% or more through exercise
with acquired elements.
Athletic fitness:
Because it has a lot of
fundamental elements.
CLASSIFICATION OF PHYSICAL FITNESS:
1) Expression ability (exercise
force): power, strength (muscle).
2) Sustainability (strength to
continue exercise): muscle endurance, whole-body endurance, cardiopulmonary
endurance (breathing-circulatory system).
3) Adjustment ability (strength
to control movement): agility, balance, flexibility, diathesis (nervous system).
DEFINITION OF HEALTH AND PHYSICAL STRENGTH FACTORS:
Physical fitness (cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscle endurance, flexibility).
-Cardiopulmonary endurance
(breathing, circulatory system).
-Cardiopulmonary endurance is
the ability to continue physical activity.
-The ability to perform over a long period with your knowledge.
-If cardiopulmonary endurance is
right, do not get tired quickly.
-Cardiopulmonary endurance is a
systemic exercise.
-Many improvements can be seen.
-Interval training is the most
effective exercise for strengthening cardiopulmonary endurance.
MUSCLE STRENGTH AND MUSCLE ENDURANCE:
-Muscle strength means that when
a muscle or muscle tissue contracts once
-It means power that can be
exercised.
-Muscle strength is reversible.
-However, it decreases if not exercised.
-Muscle endurance refers to the
strength of skeletal muscles to maintain repetitive contractions
-It means ability.
-To strengthen muscle strength
moreover, muscle endurance,
-Weight circuit training and so
on.
-Training to strengthen muscularly
endurance
-Weight: Exercise intensity is
low, exercise time is extended.
FLEXIBILITY:
-Flexibility refers to the range
of motion of the joint.
-Flexibility should be
emphasized on the neck, shoulder, waist and hip joints needed to spread the
legs wide.
-Flexibility can be improved by
rolling or stretching over the mat.
-Always stretch before, during, and after.
